My sister is doing this extreme organizing after reading a japanese book about organizing. Decluttering's been all the rage lately, hasn't it?
Yeah, I've heard too about these folks, mostly Japanese it seems, going full on minimalist and fitting their whole lives in a backpack, claiming it's like finding inner peace.
Looking around my place, I gotta admit, I've got a ton of STUFF that feels more like a burden than a blessing bcs of all that moving, cleaning, and fixing.
But man, trying to get motivated to ditch a bunch of things I might need "someday"? It's like pulling teeth!
Does anyone else feel this? How do you reduce these feelings and become less attached to things we don't need?
Recommend me a good book or a YT channel for beginner decluttering, thank you people!
