Last weekend, while organizing my childhood bedroom to make space for a fresh start, I found a box of stuffed animals Id held onto for years. Thinking it was time to let go, I threw them away, expecting relief, but instead, I felt this unexpected wave of sadness... like I was shedding more than just old toys, but a part of my past and innocence. It surprised me how much those things still mattered. Has anyone else felt emotional when decluttering something from their past? How do you balance staying organized while honoring your memories?
